Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms govern the use of the Rishi service (the «Service») operated by TODO_MERCHANT_NAME_LATIN, ID number TODO_ID_NUMBER, registered at TODO_ADDRESS_GEORGIA, Georgia (the «Provider»).
By starting the bot, by using any of its functions or by making a payment, you (the «User») accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over.
2. What the Service is
The Provider grants access to an automated assistant that calculates a Vedic astrological chart from the birth data supplied by the User and produces interpretative texts about that chart in response to the User's questions.
The Service is informational and entertainment in nature. It is not medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified professional.
The User is solely responsible for any decision taken after reading the materials produced by the Service.
3. Account and balance
Access is tied to the User's Telegram account. The internal unit of account is «energy». One consultation costs 18 energy.
New users receive a starting balance at no charge. Energy is an internal accounting unit, has no monetary value outside the Service, is not a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Provider may change the cost of a consultation and the composition of packages, and publishes such changes on this website. Changes do not apply retroactively to energy already purchased.
4. Prices and payment
Payment is made inside Telegram using Telegram Stars, in accordance with the rules of Telegram. Prices shown on this website in Georgian lari are the reference equivalent of the Stars price.
Energy is credited to the User's balance automatically and immediately after Telegram confirms the payment.
If energy has not been credited within one hour of a successful payment, contact support@rishi.chat with the date and amount of the payment.
5. Delivery of the Service
The Service is delivered electronically and immediately: the answer is generated in the Telegram chat within minutes of the question being sent.
The Service is available around the clock, except during maintenance windows and interruptions caused by third parties (Telegram, hosting providers, model providers).
6. Referral programme
A User may invite others with a personal referral link and receive a bonus in energy for a registered invitee, and a percentage of that invitee's subsequent purchases.
The use of automated tools, bots, fictitious or mass-created accounts, or any other means of artificially inflating the number of invitees is prohibited. Where such activity is detected, the Provider may cancel all referral rewards and block the accounts involved.
Referral bonuses are credited in energy only and are never paid out in money.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Liability
The Service is provided «as is». The Provider does not warrant that the interpretations will match the User's expectations, and does not guarantee any particular outcome from following them.
The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Provider is not liable for failures caused by third parties, including Telegram, payment processors, hosting providers and model providers.
9. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service, its software, texts, prompts and design belong to the Provider.
The User may use the texts received for personal, non-commercial purposes. Resale, systematic reproduction or use of the outputs to build a competing service is prohibited.
10. Acceptable use
The User must not attempt to disrupt the Service, to extract its internal instructions, to automate access without permission, or to use the Service to harass, defraud or harm others.
The Provider may restrict or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where fraud is detected or where the Service is subjected to technical attack.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy published on this website.
12. Changes and governing law
The Provider may amend these Terms and publishes the current version on this website with the date of the last update. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and failing that by the competent courts of Georgia.
