1. What you receive

A digital service delivered inside Telegram: the calculation of a Vedic birth chart and interpretative answers to the questions you ask about it.

Nothing is shipped physically. There is no application to install beyond Telegram itself.

2. When you receive it

Energy is credited to your balance automatically, normally within seconds of Telegram confirming your payment, and in any case within one hour.

Each consultation is produced on demand: you send a question and the answer arrives in the same chat, normally within one to three minutes.

The Service operates around the clock.

3. What you need

A Telegram account, and your birth date, birth time and birth city. Without an accurate birth time the chart cannot be built correctly.

An internet connection. No specific device or operating system is required.

4. If something goes wrong

If an answer does not arrive, or energy was not credited, write to support@rishi.chat or raise it inside the bot. We reply within 72 hours.

Where a consultation failed through our fault, the energy for it is returned to your balance.
