1. Who processes your data

The controller is TODO_MERCHANT_NAME_LATIN, ID number TODO_ID_NUMBER, TODO_ADDRESS_GEORGIA, Georgia. Contact: support@rishi.chat.

2. What we collect

Telegram account identifier, and the username and display name if you have made them public. We never receive your phone number or password from Telegram.

Birth data you enter: date, time and place of birth, and the name you give to each profile. You may enter data for other people — do so only if you have their agreement.

The content of your conversation with the assistant, so that it can keep context between sessions.

Payment records: date, package, amount and status. Card details are never seen by us — payment is processed by Telegram.

3. Why we process it

To calculate your chart and produce answers — this is the service you asked for.

To maintain your balance and process payments.

To keep the service secure and to detect abuse of the referral programme.

To improve quality: a sample of conversations may be reviewed to find errors in the assistant's behaviour.

4. Who else sees it

Language model providers, which receive the text of your questions together with the calculated chart in order to generate an answer. They act as processors and do not receive your Telegram identifier.

The astronomical calculation service, which receives date, time and coordinates of birth — without your name or identifier.

Telegram, as the platform through which the service and payments operate.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Where and how long

Data is stored on servers in the European Union in a private network, with encrypted backups.

Profiles and conversations are kept while your account is active. You can delete a profile at any time from the bot; deleting a profile removes its birth data and the conversations attached to it.

Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax rules.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion, by writing to support@rishi.chat from the address associated with your request, or from inside the bot.

We respond within 72 hours. Deleting all your data ends your ability to use the Service, and any remaining energy balance is forfeited.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for persons under 18. If we learn that data belonging to a child has been submitted, we delete it.

8. Changes

We publish the current version of this policy on this website with the date of the last update.
